1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale and Subscription govern all subscription offers and paid services available in the SOANI mobile application. Purchasing a paid subscription means that the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Paid offers and services
SOANI offers several service levels, including monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions and specific passes. These plans may provide advanced matching features and increased profile visibility. The features included in each plan are shown in the application before purchase.
3. Prices and currencies
- Displayed prices: subscription and paid-service prices include applicable taxes. They are shown in the user's local currency or the currency used by the country configured in their Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
- Price changes: SOANI may change its prices at any time. A new price applies to future subscriptions or to the next automatic renewal. The applicable store informs the user of the current terms before payment is confirmed.
4. Payment
- Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are also subject to the relevant store's terms of sale.
- Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. The user confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Subscription term and automatic renewal
- Term: a subscription runs for the monthly, quarterly or annual period shown when it is purchased.
- Automatic renewal: unless the user cancels before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the standard price then in effect.
- Renewal conditions are communicated through the usual channels or by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
6. Right of withdrawal
- Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium when performance begins with the user's express agreement and express waiver of that right.
- When a user receives immediate access to paid application services after purchase, they expressly waive the right of withdrawal.
7. Cancelling a subscription
- The user may cancel at any time through the application account settings or through the subscription settings of the Apple or Google account used for purchase.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No prorated refund is issued for a period already started, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. Billing
Purchase receipts and invoices for subscriptions are available from the user's store account or are sent by email after the transaction.
